How to use the service

Once we confirm your purchase, we will contact you within 24 hours with your VPS connection account information. The flow of the process is as follows,

2、Contact us for account information: 　Upon confirmation of your purchase, we will send your account information to your registered email address within 24 hours.

Notes for FX-only VPS (Windows)  Please do not use the Task Manager to terminate tasks of processes for the purpose of saving memory. Doing so will cause the virtual machine to black out or blue out and will not run properly.  Never change the network settings of the virtual machine. If you do, remote desktop connection will not be possible.  Please refrain from any activity that places an excessive burden on the line. In order to prevent damage to other customers, we may terminate your service without prior warning as soon as it is discovered.  Please do not use this server for mass spamming or unauthorized access activities.  Do not transfer or gift your account information.

Notes on Free Trials

1、The free trial is only available to first time users of our VPS. 2. We reserve the right to exclude the free trial or cancel your application based on our overall judgment.
