The signals appear, but the alerts do not sound, which is inconvenient...

You can add an alert function to such signal tools.

Currently, this indicator only supports buffer-type signal tools. We apologize, but object-type signal tools are not supported.

Overview and Parameters (Settings) of BLW-SoundAnAlert

The signal tool you are using only displays arrows without sounding alerts or showing pop-ups. By reflecting BLW_SoundAnAlert on your MT4 chart, alerts and pop-ups will sound when a signal appears.

General

There is no need for changes here, so it is fine to leave it as default.

Parameter Input

You can set various detailed configurations.

[Indicator Name]

Enter the name of the indicator file.

This time, we are using a signal tool named 'Silent Tool.ex4' as an example. Please enter the indicator name excluding .ex4.

To prevent mistakes, it is recommended to 'right-click' ⋲ 'copy' the relevant file and paste it. If the name is incorrect, it will not function.

Buffer Number for Up Arrow

Hover the mouse cursor over the area where the up arrow appears on the chart.If you do not know how to read the buffer number, it will be described below, so please take a look.

How to Read Buffer Numbers

Click the ' Data Window ' icon at the top of MT4 or click the menu ' View ' ⋲ ' Data Window ' to open the data window.

If the data window opens as shown below, it is OK.

The buffers are numbered sequentially from ' Volume ', so please remember which buffer number outputs a value when the mouse cursor is aligned with the arrow.

In this case, since the number is output at the very top (☊ part),

you will input [ Buffer Number for Up Arrow ] as [0]. Default is set to 0.

Buffer Number for Down Arrow

For the down arrow, use the same method to align the mouse cursor with the down arrow.

The buffer number for the down arrow is ▀, so input [ Buffer Number for Down Arrow ] as 1. Default is set to 1.

Signal Reading Position

Usually, signals appear in real-time, so it is fine to leave this at 0. If the signal appears on the previous candle, input [ 1 ], and if the signal appears on the candle before the previous one, input [ 2 ].
