Indicator Overview

This indicator set consists of "PO_CurrencyScore," which monitors all currencies and displays currency strength and weakness scores in the chart window, and "PO_CurrencyScoreChart," which allows you to track currency strength and weakness in a time series in the sub-window. Both can also be used independently.

PO_CurrencyScore

■Function Overview

　The CurrencyScore calculates and displays scores for 8 currencies (USD, EUR, JPY, GBP, AUD, CAD, CHF, and NZD) based on perfect orders of the currency pairs involved in each currency. The trial version displays only 3 currencies (USD and EUR are always displayed). (USD and EUR are always displayed, and one of the other 6 currencies is displayed on a daily basis. You can check which currency pairs are currently in Perfect Orders at a glance. The MA period and timeframe settings can be freely configured. The number to the right of the currency pair name is the width of the current leg and the previous leg. This is used to see the momentum of the most recent candlestick, whether it is a negative or positive line (by default, blue is positive and red is negative), and whether the indicator is reading the rate or not.

Features

　The indicator can be used to recognize the environment before trading. Currency pairs with a combination of the currency with the highest score and the currency with the lowest score are basically in a trend. Currency pairs with close scores are basically in a range. By using these characteristics, you can expect to apply them to various trading methods, such as using them for forward tension, preparing for the next continuation, range trading, and aiming for range breakthroughs. The currency that is being actively traded and which currency should be touched or not is a big difference between trading based on an overview of the market and not. To see the strength/weakness among 8 currencies, you need to look at 28 currency pairs, and it is a very labor-intensive task to look at them one by one before each trade. Indicator Logic

　This indicator uses Perfect Orders to determine the strength or weakness between currencies. First, let us explain the criteria for determining Perfect Orders. This indicator uses three MAs (Moving Average). Although each MA differs from the next, the three MAs are for the same period of time. For example, if the following setup is used,

　　MA 1st MA (TimeFrameA): 20 period MA for 1 hour MA 2nd MA (TimeFrameB): 20 period MA for 4 hours MA 3rd MA (TimeFrameC): 20 period MA for daily

The criterion for determining whether a perfect order is established at these MAs.

Next, let's look at how the score is calculated. The indicator handles 8 currencies (USD, EUR, JPY, GBP, AUD, CAD, CHF, and NZD), but in the trial version, 3 currencies are displayed (USD and EUR are always displayed, but for the other 6 currencies, one of them is displayed on a daily basis). (USD and EUR are always displayed, while one of the other 6 currencies is displayed on a daily basis. The following is an explanation of the USD score calculation as an example. The seven currency pairs used to calculate the USD Score are EURUSD, USDJPY, GBPUSD, AUDUSD, USDCAD, USDCHF, and NZDUSD. If a perfect order is executed in any of these currency pairs in the direction of a stronger dollar (stronger dollar), the dollar score will be 7 points. Specifically, "+1 point" will be awarded if a downside perfect order is established for EURUSD (perfect orders are hereinafter referred to as PO), "+1 point" for USDJPY with an upward PO, "+1 point" for GBPUSD with a downside PO, AUDUSD with a downside PO, USDCAD and USDCHF with an upward PO, NZDUSD are each "+1 point" for a descending PO, for a total of 7 points. Thus, the MAX score for a single currency is 7 points. Conversely, if a perfect order is established in the direction of dollar depreciation for all seven currency pairs used to calculate the dollar score, the score is "-7 points. As another example, when EURUSD has "1 point" and USDJPY has "1 point" and the remaining 5 currency pairs do not have a perfect order, the non-performing currency pairs will be set to "0 points. Also, when EURUSD is "1 point" and USDJPY is also "1 point," if an upward perfect order is placed in GBPUSD, GBPUSD will be "-1 point," and if PO is not established in the remaining 4 currency pairs, the USD score will total 1 point. The above calculations will be performed for other currencies as well. ■Setting items

・String added before the currency pair name ・String added before the currency pair name ・・・ Depending on the brokerage or account, a string may be added before or after the currency pair name, such as "USDJPY.00". In such cases, the indicator will not be able to retrieve the rates for each currency pair as they are. PO_CurrencyScoreChart

Function Overview

The trial version displays three currencies. The trial version displays 3 currencies (USD and EUR are always displayed, and one of the other 6 currencies is always displayed). (USD and EUR are always displayed, and one of the other 6 currencies is displayed on a daily basis. You can freely set the time period of MA and the time axis to be applied.

■Setting items

・The contents of the moving average and period settings are the same as for the PO_CurrencyScore indicator. When analyzing the market while viewing this indicator, be sure to display a chart with a timeframe that is the same as or shorter than the timeframe of TimeFrameA. The position of the score may shift. Example: If TimeFrameA is H1, please use this indicator on a chart with a timeframe of H1 or shorter. The color of the label for each currency can be changed in the "Enter Parameters" tab, but the color of the indicator line should be set in the "Color Settings" tab.

Other Notes

If you are using a notebook PC with a high pixel display and the Windows display setting is set to 125% or other magnification, the text may be enlarged and the layout may be corrupted. In such a case, you may solve the problem by reducing the font size by a few points in the indicator settings.
