One of the obvious determinants of bankruptcy risk is the probability of trading success (win rate). The higher the win rate, the lower the bankruptcy risk. Similarly, the higher the ratio of profits to losses (payoff ratio), the lower the bankruptcy risk. Both of these factors depend on the "trading system." Another important factor affecting bankruptcy risk is the proportion of risk and capital invested in trading. This is a consideration related to "money management." If a trader bets their entire fortune on a single trade and that trade does not materialize as expected, the likelihood of bankruptcy increases. Conversely, if the amount wagered on an unfavorable trade is only a small fraction of the trader's capital, the bankruptcy risk is mitigated. These three elements interact to determine bankruptcy risk. Assuming that the trader knows the "win rate" and "payoff ratio" of their trades, if they want to fix the risk of bankruptcy at a certain level, they can control the proportion of capital spent on trading at any time. This procedure allows traders to control bankruptcy risk.
