シンプルな時計表示インジケーターです。
MT4の気配値表示の時間はサーバータイムで表示されてしまうことと、
ティックが動かないと更新されないので作成しました。
値動きが無くてもちゃんと時間を更新して表示してくれます。
パラメータ説明
日付を表示
trueを設定すると「年・月・日」も表示します。
falseを設定すると「時・分・秒」のみ表示します。
文字色
時計の色を変更できます。（全6色）
