自分で探す優良株 第4回目「指標の見方と意味」 その2
会社四季報の1枚目、その1が終わりましたので、その2についてお話を行いたいと思います。
四季報2つ目で重要となるのは赤線で囲まれたBPS、ROE、ROA、1株益(EPS)となります。
BPS
Book-value Per Shareの略であり、1株当たり純資産。
企業の安定性を見る数字であり、高いほど安定しているといわれます。
BPS(1株辺り純資産)=純資産÷発行済株式総数
BPS=会社が清算した時の価値であり、BPSの数字を株価が下回れば割安、上回れば割高となります。
上記画像での企業の場合、BPSは7515ですので株価は7515円が妥当ラインであり、それを大きく上回れば下がる可能性が、大きく下がれば上がる可能性があるといえます。
ROE
Return on Equityの略であり、自己資本に対してどれだけの利益が生み出されたのかを示します。
企業が自己資本をいかに効率的に運用して利益を生み出したかを表す指標でもあり、自己資本比率の高い
企業は投資した資金を効率よく使用して利益を上げている企業であるとみることができます。
ROEの目安は10~20%であるといわれており、高すぎるROEは債務超過である、純資産の数字が少なすぎるなどの場合はその数字が80~90%と非常に高い数字となりますので、高い=有料ではないことには
注意が必要です。
ROA
Return On Assetsの略であり、会社が持っている資産を利用して、どの程度の利益を上げているかを示す指標です。
ROAは5%以上が優良であるとされており、日本では3.9%、アメリカでは6.2%、EUでは4.2%が平均値となっております。
注意したい点としては工場などの設備投資が必要な企業はROAが低くなる傾向となり、設備投資に多量の資金を必要としないIT関連企業のROAは高くなる傾向にあります。
新規事業の立ち上げなどで金融機関から資金を借入した企業のROAは低くなる傾向にありますのでなぜ
ROAが下がったのか、上がったのかをしっかりと判断することが重要となります。
EPS
EarningPer Shareの略であり、1株当たりの純利益を示す指標です。
1株当たりの最終的な利益がどの程度なのかを示す指標でもあり、企業の収益力を判断するときにも
使用されます。
株価をEPSで割ったPERという指標も多く使われており、標準的な目安は15倍とされております。
今回画像で上げたトヨタ自動車の場合はPER10.69倍となっております。
ほかにも多くの財務分析の指標はありますが、まずは上記の5点、BPS、ROE、ROA、EPS、PERからの優良株を見つけていきたいと思います。
その1、その2を総評すると
トヨタ自動車(7203)
BPS 7515 株価(1月5日) 7803円 ※ほぼ適正価格
ROE 10.4% ※目安範囲
ROA 3.9% ※日本の平均値であり適正
EPS 729.5円で PER換算で10.69倍と標準目安低く 割安ともいえる。
というものを見る事ができ、株価的には適正価格であるが、若干の上振れの可能性もある安定している
株である。という事が言えます。
それでは次回からこれらの財務分析などを使用した株の抽出作業、スクリーニングと呼ばれる作業についてのお話をさせていただければと思います。
